A little intro...

Hi all,

I have just stumbled across this website tonight, on my trawl for some advice for picky eaters wanting to diet!

Not really sure what to put, so I apologise if I Ramble...! (Also for any typo's, I'm using my ipad to type this!).

So... I'm 22 years young, 16st 3lbs-ish, and 5'1" short!

I've always been a pretty big gal for my height, but my heaviest was 17st. I got myself down to 15.5st last year, seemingly without any effort, and unfortunately, slowly but surely it has crept back up to 16st..

I am the first to admit I eat ALL the wrong things, (my diet consists of cheese, chips, pizzas, sausage rolls, white stodgy bread etc), and I'm far too lazy! BUT, I'm on the first step to changing all of this, just by being here!

I live at home with my parents and fiancé, and my mam does all the cooking, with a little bit of help from myself doing the prep etc, but she is willing to cook anything i will eat basically.

I am the worlds pickiest eater...I won't eat meat apart from minced beef, or processed burgers and the like from McDonald's etc.i do eat sausage etc, I'm not a vegetarian, just can't stomach eating food when I've seen it as a joint of meat or whatever.

I will eat carrots, turnip, peas, celery, apples, oranges, grapes, and lettuce, but that's about as far as it goes.

My mam bought me Kinect for the Xbox on Thursday, so I have been dancing around like a lunatic on that every day since, and we are waiting for an exercise game (your fitness 2012 for those of you interested) to be delivered to get down to some hopefully proper exercise. Although I love dancing (despite not being very good ha!) and so will continue playing the dancing games, which is a work out in itself.

I think I'm basically here to hopefully receive some motivation to keep the exercise up and hopefully progress to exercise outside of our dining room! Also, to pick up some tips on food for me to eat which will help me lose weight, but not put me too far out of my comfort zone with food so to speak.

Any help will be much appreciated, and I look forward to hopefully making a few friends on here!!!

Will be having a trawl through the site tomorrow to see if I can offer any help, and to read other people's stories!!

Thank you for reading, look forward to any replies!
