Hi!
Hello! My name is Abbi and I am new to 3 Fat Chicks on a Diet. I am a freshman in college and unfortunately have fallen victim to the dreaded Freshman 15. I have gained somewhere between 5-10 pounds this year, on top of already being slightly overweight. I have decided to try the Weight Watchers Points Plus system to lose weight...my sister has had a lot of success on this plan over the years. My goal is to get in shape and lose (hopefully) 30 pounds by the end of the summer. Does anyone have any tips for Weight Watchers that they would share with me, or also any intense exercise regimens they enjoy? I am playing field hockey for my college in the fall and desperately need to whip myself into very good shape by mid August.

I am not on WW (I calorie count) but as for exercise, I love ANYTHING by Jillian Michaels (I almost typed "killian"...ahaha that should stand for something!) I have found my nutrition has made the biggest impact, as opposed to working out. By all means, do both, but if you pay more attention to one, make it the kitchen :) Welcome and good luck!!!! |
Hi Abbi! Nice to meet you. I always hear about how killer p90x is. Maybe try that? Or get a personal trainer that will know how to get you in shape.
