Hi all, just wanted to introduce myself.

I'm Ann Marie. I started this at 215 this January and now I am at 203. I'm 38 years old and short (5'4). 215 was my highest weight ever. I'm using calorie counting and I'm not so focused on the time that this takes, but just that I am always moving in the right direction :smug:

Glad I found this board to chat and read on this weight loss journey!
