I've HAD IT! Here I go (again on my own)
 

I have been halfheartedly dissgusted by my weight and the lack of clothes which fit me. I go to the beach every year, and every year I promise myself I'm going to look hot in that bikini. THen August is here, no change, and I have to spend a week staring at my gut and back fat :(
Just signed up fot the INsanity Workout and waiting fo it to ship. In the meantime, I'm going for groceries today and plane to stick to my "clean eating" list. Just a quick hello and request for support :)

I know how you feel, but your here so you will get through it. You are in a great support community. I'm new too, so I know how you feel. But summer is a really good time to get motivated and good weather gives you lot more motivation as well! Goodluck. :-)

Hiii! I have insanity myself and lemme tell you, you're going to feel more sore after day 1 than you've ever felt in your entire life! It hurts soooo good though! Haha and Shaun T is a great motivator, even through the TV. I'm terrible at sticking to workout programs but now that you mention it I feel like starting again too!
