New!!!

Hello!!!

I have decided to finally get off my fat arse and get moving. Joined the gym, eating will change now. I have somehow lt myself get to 238lbs (17 stone) and I want to lose 100lbs, taking me just shy of 10 stone

I have given myself a year!! Here I go!

Oh we do dont we!! Well, today I took my before photos. Full on cried for an hour. But here I am. I can do this!!!

I will be weighing in every sunday night, and doing photos once a month on 23rd of each month so i can watch the progress!!! xxx
