Hey Everybody

:carrot: So excited to meet new people on the same journey as myself ;-)I am from California and ready to kick this body into tip top shape. I weigh in at 175 and my goal is 130 I started watching what I eat this week and been doing Jillian micheals no more trouble zones and running in the afternoon. This forum is a type of motivation for me and like i said i am really excited to be here
