3 Fat Chicks on a Diet Weight Loss Community

Hello everyone! My name is Yolanda and I made my username yoyogirl since that is how I feel when it comes to dieting. I have tried many diets and even working out and either the program did not suit me or my will power gave in. :burger::jeno::m: However I did come across the Ideal Protein diet which seemed to work for me. I liked the concept however it seemed a little pricey and I am currently on a budget. I have not seen much about it on this forum but I came across the ITG diet which seemed very similar however the pricing was more reasonable. I have been doing that since December and have continued to have great results. I am down 50 pounds with 30 more to go! :carrot: I look forward to chatting with you all and using this forum for motivation and inspiration. Good luck to you all.
