I'm new here

31 from southeast uk

I'm a health and social care student and currently in my 1st year at uni. Nearly finished my first year :carrot:

Also playing nanny to my cat Kikos 7 (yes SEVEN lol) kittens, starting to wonder what sleep is.

I have recently lost 12lb but slooooowly going backwards so googled for support groups/forums.

I am getting back on that wagon tomorrow morning and getting back on track.

Congrats on losing 12 lbs! It can be frustrating, as I started about the same weight as you. Keep going you're doing great :D
