High school skinny never existed for me...
Hi everyone! I'm a 19 year old nanny from Falls Church VA. I've struggled with my weight for the majority of my life. I'm only 5'2" so according to BMI charts, I'm straddling the obese line. I don't have too much difficulty with healthy eating, it's more portion control and getting my *** moving.
Weighing myself and seeing that I lost almost 7 pounds was a HUGE incentive to keep going. I'm kind of hoping to find an excersize buddy near me, someone I can walk/ride bikes/do yoga with. Hopefully that'll give me some accountability. I would like to lose 15 pounds by my birthday (June 21st) and hit my goal weight by the end of August. I'm not really as concerned with the number on the scale after that.
Umm... I don't know what else to write. My favorite color is red! Haha :)
