Hello...
Hello, to each of you. I would like to start off by saying how glad I am to have found this site and I look forward to gaining support for my weight loss journey. I am a FT wife and mother of one. I am needing to lose 50 lbs and as many here, I have tried every diet under the sun. The support I'm seeking is huge and I'm confident that this site will provide that for me. Welcome and congrats on taking the first step! I have been on and off, on and off again and here I ended up 5 days ago and I'm so glad I did. I have had some temptations but mostly stuck to it and I've already lost 4 lbs. The help from everyone on here is amazing when you feel alone and in a rut. :)

The basics of losing weight are to lower your calorie intake and to exercise 3-5 times a week. It all depends on what type of diet suits you so check the forum for a diet plan that you might like to follow. I find that doing my own thing suits me, and you may find that too. :goodluck: |
