Can some help me with acronyms?
 

I am trying to get some of them down and not having much luck? Also, what's ONEderland? Thanks! I hope to make a lot of friends!

Onederland= when ur weight gets down to the 100's (a very exciting moment)
Nsv= non scale victory (when u notice a positive change thats not a number on the scale
Op= on plan (no matter what diet/lifestyle u choose is followed to the letter all day, week, month whatever)
