Hi everyone! My names Tia. I've come to 3FC because I have tried numerous times to lose the 50lbs that I need to but failed because of lack of support. I have heard great things about this site and decided to give it a shot. Hopefully I'll be able to reach my goal with the help of all y'all. Can't wait to "meet" some of you. :D

Welcome this time around I lost 30 lbs from late November til feb 14. I came here daily and joined daily weigh in challenges to keep me thinking about sharing my daily weight and not over eating. You can do it and we are all here to help! Best of luck
