Arrrrgggghhhh... here I go again
 

So I have been jumping in and out of this dieting malarky for over two years now. I started at about 175lbs, lost 15-20lbs in a handful of months and then plateaued losing around 10-15lbs in the next year or so. Now I am at about 145lbs, and have been for sometime.

This is not where I wanted to stop, I wanted to hit a weight that made me feel normal and this doesn't. I still feel overweight. I recently underwent a break up which made me feel very bad about myself indeed, that hasn't helped.

So I need to do this last 20lbs or so and I really need your help.

Good luck!! I gained more than 50 lbs in the past 1.5 years. An AWFUL breakup didn't help, so I understand your frustration. you can do it!!
