So--- My hubby must be getting sick of me talking all the time about my "lifestyle change" ( I don't like the word diet!) My children ( aged 12-7) are all getting obsessed with calorie counting. I will ask my husband how many calories are in whatever he is cooking, and my 10 year old daughter will answer- because she has already looked!
So, I need to get some support from others with the same struggle and lay off my fam for a while
I'm simply doing calorie restriction and exercise. I know I can do this. I HAVEN'T WEIGHED THIS MUCH IN MY LIFE!! It's time to get back to the business of feeling good about myself. I don't even like to have sex that much anymore, because I just feel ugly!!!
I'm looking forward to making some friends here who have the same goals......
