Welcome! I would like for you to change your perception about what you are doing. I hope that the day comes when you see your plans as a lifestyle change instead of a diet. In doing this, I learned that I would be a yo-yo dieter and gain more each time if I did not make some permanent changes. Then life kicked me in the butt. I suffered a very serious back injury that put me in a wheelchair. I have since found pool exercises that I can do and I am able to walk and stand for short periods of time now. I did gain 40 lbs of my weight back, but I am working to become healthier again. I am glad you turned to WW as that is a very healthy program and others lose massive amounts of weight with WW if you will be patient and look at the big picture instead of the numbers on a scale. Have you made any exercise plans? If so, what? Make sure you drink the required water as I contribute much of my former success to my drinking my water and walking for exercise.:goodluck:
