alanafx: welcome! glad you found us here. If you visit often, you will get the education, motivation and encouragement to meet your weight loss goals. I read your other post about you losing 40 lbs recently. Why don't you concentrate on that positive number? That is a big achievement. Keep us the good work and you will be a success.
