new to this method of support

Hey all its roundisashape2 !! but wanting to get oval !! lol I am a 50 plus women who work in a world of skinnies, its a hard life but I want to again attempt this weight loss thing ! I havent been serious in a while and think I am going to approach it in a carlorie cycling !! any help or ideas welcome !!::D
