Day 1 -Pulling the strength from within
Well today is hopefully Day 1 of many pounds gone. I have decided to follow South Beach Diet/Protocol. I know that I am carb addict and its the main reason I am where I am, on top of poor eating habits...I hate eating breakfast, and my first food usually comes well into the afternoon, and then I make up for lost time on all the worng things...pasta and sweets! So I am trying this as a bare all and get down to the core, hopefully meet some new friends and co-lifestyle changers. I have recently had back surgery due to a work injury and I am recovering beautifully, I try to do Aquafit 3-5 times a week and will soon be heading for the gym as I love that! I have a goal but I have inbetween goal for our anniversary in Septemeber, so 1 day at a time, 1 struggle at a time, 1 pound at a time...heres to a new me;) |

If you haven't already, read through the threads. I know there is one on South Beach. You will fnd others, where many talk about carb addiction. Come here often to read and post. (I find if I am typing, I am not eating ;) ) I look forward to reading your posts. |
