First day

Hello married mother of 4 here, joining this site cause Im lost and excited to talk to others who are in the same boat. I just started with a personal trainer today and for the last week have been taking zumba classes and trying to make changes to my diet.

Im 5'1 148 and just had my daughter a few months ago.

Hi I am also new here. I'm 5 foot 146. I have a 4 yr old daughter. How old are your kids? I just started the 10 min trainer DVDs today and am starting the metabolism miracle diet on Monday.
