Hi my name is Bethany I'm 27 about four years ago I was at my lowest of 206 and so close to my goals and then I met my now husband and just fell of the wagon..and it slowly came back an now heavier then I ever was. I've been married for almost 6 months now and I do see children in our near future so I'm not only doing this for me but trying to get myself healthier to start to try and have kids by the end of the year. My husband does support me to a certain point he does encourage me but if I said I want pizza he would be like "ok" so really doing this on my own that's why I am looking for support.

One of my issues I could use some help in is late night I will think about food (not good food) and it consumes my entire mind an I have to force myself to sleep then when I wake up I go on the scale and am happy but I'm battling this little person in my head lol..for instance my mother was talking about going out to breakfast the next day so all I thought about was pancakes! Help!

I sympathize with you girl! I have obsessed about food most of my life. You got to find something else to think about. Do you sew or knit? If so, start making baby things so that your hands are busy. If not, take lessons, maybe crocheting and make your first baby blanket. I was significantly overweight when pregnant and I had lots of complications. I was in the hospital 7 times in the last six weeks of my pregnancy in pre-term labor. I hope that you will focus on you and your babies health in the coming months so that you can be ready for motherhood real soon. Blessings,
