New to here but not the Journey

I was reading an article in a magazine that mentioned this website and thought I would check it out. I left my husband after 20 yrs of marriage to start a new life on my own and have a tendency to stress eat when things start to get tough living on my own. I haven't done this in 21 years and back then I had a full time job. Looking for lots of support. I really want to get this done this year. I turn 48 this year and my 30th class reunion is this year and I would like to go and not be embarrassed.
