Hi I'm new here!
I was looking up beginner yoga stuff and I came across this site! I can't really say that I'm dieting but I am trying to change the way I eat by making healthier food choices. I'm looking into the couch to 5k, yoga, along with going to the gym. Sometime in the future I would like to join the army reserves, so I'm glad I've got a long term goal for weight loss.
Hoping to come across some good food recipes and to meet some awesome people!
