Newbie Introduction
so, I have just started Medifast this week. It is the first diet plan I have ever used. I have lost weight in the past (around 50 lbs) by just eating low fat food for a couple of years, but gained it all back after 2 pregnancies.
I am on day 6, and pretty hungry. I did try to go back to low-fat eating but was not successful in dropping the weight. Apparently my body is not the same at 40 as it was at 27 :p
Anyway, haven't weighed myself yet. My coach asked me to weigh in only once a week. I am worried I won't lose any weight at all. Hoping to find a place here to share my worries / failures / successes.
