Welcome and good luck! You've come to the right place. Might I suggest browsing through some forums and subscribing to a couple that interest you (like age group, amount to lose, etc.) That way you'll meet up with people with similar goals/interests and it'll make this journey a little smoother.
I've found some good free WW information online. (point calculators and food points guides) of course, it's older versions of the program.
I tried it a couple times, but slacked off...but, it still was an eye-opener how the points add up -- too fast sometimes!
