New to a forum

Hi everyone,
Living in GA, but really a FL girl.
Getting into a healthy lifestyle with growing our own food in a verticle gardening system. What a neat deal! No more dirt!!! :)
Hoping to lose some weight to help my back and my 2 new knees. Nursing is hard on the bod, ladies.
Doing MRC and doing well. All suggestions welcome.
