Trying to Get "it" Back.

Hi everyone! My names is Faith. I am a first time mom and trying to lose the massive amount of wait I gained.

I am also a 5-6 can a day diet coke addict trying to quit. It's been rough and I have gained weight trying to quit, but I am determined to both get in shape and stop drinking the diet crack, I mean diet coke. :carrot:

Heello! You have found a great forum to help you lose weight! I have beeen on heere on and off for the past 5 years under a different screen name. I am also a diet coke LOVER, I starting cutting back in Jan and now I'm down to no more diet coke! I still get cravings for it though. Good luck and I hope to see you around!
