Hi All,

It's great to be here.

In the past I have successfully lost 15kg, I started out with no idea, but gradually tried different things and figured what worked and what didn't.

I've been fortunate enough to be able to help others do the same.

I'm a big proponent of keeping things simple, settings realistic goals, and keeping things in moderation.
