Hey Everyone,

I'm Brandi and I'm hoping to reach my fitness goals within the year! I am excited to meet new people who are going through the same journey, trying new, healthier foods, and becoming more active.

I've started this to keep track of my Medifast journey, which has been very fruitful thus far, and it's only week 1.
