So glad I found this site!!!

Hi yáll!!! I'm Cathy from Louisville, KY. Let's see, 53 years young, UPSer, Mom to 6 birds (my flock) and been in the war on weight all my life. Hoping to learn some new things, make some new friends and finally get rid of this excess baggage that's been hanging around me for years. I've given it several eviction notices over the years but it has decided to be a squatter.
