I signed up for this website about...six years ago, I guess? I tried to "lose some weight" back in graduate school, but it never really worked out. It wasn't until I got out of a bad relationship and started living life on my own terms that the poundage started to shift. I've now lost roughly 53 pounds from my highest ever weight over the course of a year and a half, and I'm back at 3FC for added support.
The best tip I can offer? So far, I've removed the temptation to gain weight by overhauling my wardrobe several times throughout the weight loss process. I've dropped from a tight size 28/loose 30 to a loose 26 (and I might need to start shopping for 24s soon). As soon as I shrink out of clothes, they get donated. That way, once my clothes start feeling tight, I am reminded to get myself in check.
