I'll keep this short and sweet. Hi, I'm new here. I'm a man so at first I wasn't sure if this was a place for me considering the name but then I saw some men's profiles. My name is Brian. I'm from Philly and I'm just trying to meet new people, learn, maintain and jump in some conversations wherever I can. You seem like a pretty nice group of people.

Yep, some of us are men - you'll find us scattered about on all the threads, although a bunch try to check in periodically on the Men's Corner.

Wow thanks for the responses, so friendly. BillBlueEyes, I'll definitely check out the Men's Corner. When it comes to diet I've been toying around with different things for a long time, now just trying to be more intuitive. I was also a fairly serious weightlifter for years but now trying to distance myself a little from that paradigm.
