Newbie from Alabama

Hi all! My name is Ashley and I am new to 3FC! I found this site while searching for healthy recipes. I found this site to be very informative and I had to join!
I am 25 years old and have been overweight since I was a teenager. I am tired of being overweight and unhappy about my weight. I will be 26 in May and I am determined not to spend another birthday unhealthy!
This community seems very supportive which is what I need! :)
