Hello!

Hello!! My name is Carol, I'm 28 and live here in Colorado.

I've been trying to lose weight for some time now. It's hard since I live alone, and work nights. It's so much easier it seems to grab something on the way home. I finally weighed myself for the first time in years and was shocked to find out I'm a whopping 190 lbs... This is not okay. I'm just wanting to get back to 145-155.I'm not trying to be ridiculously skinny. Just healthy. I have a YMCA membership, I hardly ever use, but am thinking it may be time to get my butt back in the gym.

I've recently quit smoking (TOUGH!!!), How ever I think that is part of what caused me to gain so much weight.

Anyway, I look forward to getting to know all of you! I've heard weightloss is easier when you have a buddy. So, I'm hoping to make a few "buddies" here.

Thanks a bunch!!

-Carol

Working nights sounds like it can be tough, but living alone u can control what's in your kitchen. Try planning meals or making something to have when u get home. Welcome and best of luck!
