Would love suggestions on kick start plans
 

Hello everyone. I am new to 3fc and I need help finding the words to describe the plans I'm looking for. I don't want to count calories I just want a predetermined set of options for meals. I did this once with something I ordered online....years ago but it was very limited. I believe WW did it too but I would love to open a book/site with SIMPLE meal options. Anyone know what I mean or am I way out there? Any suggestions are welcome!

I've spent more time reading The Beck Diet Solution, but it doesn't have recipes or meal plans. Complete Beck Diet for Life does have meal plans with lists of acceptable alternatives.

(I'm not following her plan, although it looks pretty straightforward.)

I have the Beck Diet Solution but not the other. I'll take a look! Thanks a bunch:)
