Hey Guys! - My Intro

  • Hi everyone, my name is T.J. and i'm from Ireland i have been overweight since i was 14 and it gadually got worse and worse(21 now).

    A while ago i decided i can't really keep living like this so a change is in order i've been planning everything and i'm starting tmrw.

    I weigh in at a shameful 332lbs and i'm 6' 4" tall, my goal weight is 210 lbs which would be just ideal for me.

    I said i would join this site as it seems to have alot of activity and alot of good people on it so i will be tracking my progress on here...what section of the forum i'm not sure i'll probably keep track in the "mens corner".
