Happy birthday and just think next birthday you could be at goal. I read someone's story this morning who's bday is in Sunday and her one year weight loss anniversary is next week, well she has lost 100 lbs. U can do it. Welcome to 3fc where motivation is guaranteed!

Oh thanks to you all for your lovely lovely warm welcome. My goal weight is 150 lbs ,so I 've got 90 lbs to loose. Mymini goal is to first loose 20lbs,cook with as little oil as possible.I come from Africa and we cook with red oil for practically every meal. I have also started taking walks in the evenings around my neighbourhood. I have lost 2lbs since I joined on FEB14th. I will try to always post my progress and failures. I have also started counting my calories.

Congrats on the 2lbs!! Sounds like you are off to a good start.
