Hello everyone!!!!

My name is Keli ..I have heard about this forum before and so i decided to join.my weight is a little out of control. I am currently 202 pds i just stepped on the scale 30 mins ago. That number is crazy..I am only 5ft . Ive decided to change my life I want to be healthy and fit not just skinny. So i have P90x first day of workout is tommorow and I will be carefully monitoring what i put in my mouth and hopefully between that and this support I will knock these pds out.
