Trying the IP diet any suggestions?
I am on day 2 of this diet! I am 45 years young and know I have to make a change for the betterment of my health and long life I want to live! :D I am a type 2 diabetic with pcos also. I am or should I say was on maxium oral drugs I could take for the diabetes and also on insulin. Day one of this diet my numbers were so good I only took my meds for morning and no insulin! Day 2 I have not taken any drugs! I am nervous but also so impressed with my numbers without drugs! So I have always been on the heavy side but the last few years I have been my heaviest and the harder I tried the worse my numbers for the diabetes got so I was looking for somthing outside the box as doctors and dietitians couldnt give me any answers except to keep doing what I was doing but for me that wasnt good enough! I wanted more for myself!:) So I know that this is only day 2 but you know I can see that skinny lady waiting for me up ahead! Cheers to all and good vibes sent to all you ladies! :hug:
