Thank you for the encouraging words and advice. I am breaking the 20 lbs into smaller goals now. It is a lot less overwhelming to think about losing 5 lbs at a time. I already lost the 5 lbs that I kept gaining and losing so now I'm just focussed on maintaining and working on the next 5. This is a lot easier way of thinking about it! My biggest challenge is not binging in the evening. I've got some pretty good diet and exercise habits during the day but I have to keep working on breaking my nightly binging habit or it just negates all the hard work I put in earlier in the day. The motivational posts on here have helped give me a little more will power so far
