Hello from Maryland
Hi everybody!
My name is Jennifer and I am 33. I have struggled with my weight since I hit puberty and I am now just over 300 pounds. Ten years ago as I lost 70 pounds, it seemed like something weird came over me and I was able to do it relatively easily without being controlled by my cravings. I can't explain it but I all of a sudden had this self control I never had before. After that I met a guy I dated for 4 years and he ate nothing but junk and fast food. That weight came right back on and now I am with my husband who eats a lot healthier, I am older and the weight not only does not want to go away, it comes on super easy. My doctor is having me tested for PCOS and I will know soon if that is the case. I just started medifast today and I hope that this will help me lose the weight, because we want to have a baby.
