Hello!
I am excited to join this community to get support and advice during my weight loss journey! I started WW in 2009 and had much success starting at 252lbs and getting to 180. After reaching 180, I became too comfortable, stopped tracking (stupid!!) and lost my focus which has me back at 217 again (eek!!). I know what I need to do, and after yo-yo'ing between 195-218 for the past year, I am dedicated to getting my life back under control. I so excited to meet everyone, dive into the forums and get this ball rolling!! And, today I was 100% on track! Yay! |

Been there done that, gonna do my best to maintain now! With that being said better get my workout in before bed! Congrats staying on track today, even one day is a victory! Welcome and best of luck!
