Hello! My name is Sharon and I'm new to 3fc though not new to dieting! I would like to lose weight so I can feel better about how I look but most of all to be able to walk and move around with less pain and difficulty. I would like to be able to walk up the stairs without getting out of breath. I am so frustrated that I allowed myself to get into this shape! However, losing weight in my 60s is much more difficult so I'm hoping this website will help keep me motivated.

Hi Sharon! I am new to this site myself, but so far I love it. Don't let your age be a deterrent, I am a cardiac nurse and I have seen quite a few people in their sixties who have had significant weight loss. I hope you stick around and share you success with everyone here!
