Need Support!!!
 

Hi Everyone,
I've never posted on a public forum before, so I'm very new to this. I have tried to lose weight countless times, and finally decided I need support this time. I need people to keep me accountable. I had a baby 8 months ago, and my pregnancy weight is just not coming off. My husband unfortunately just reminds me that I will probably fail again to lose weight (we just got in a huge fight about his lack of support... during labor he gave up on comforting me because I was being too irritable to him so he told me to just get the epidural, even though I wanted a natural birth, and went to bed, leaving me alone in a room at the hospital, but this is besides the point... anyway that's how I ended up on this great support forum). I want to hear some positive encouragement this time round! I want to hear other peoples struggles, victories, and successes regarding weight loss, so I don't feel so alone in this process. I really want to do this! Is anyone else in the same boat with an unsupportive husband when it comes to weight loss? Have you failed at loosing weight countless times like me, but in the end reached your goals? How did you do it? What did you do differently this time?

Welcome and best of luck! There are lots of sections on this board and I know not everyone reads up here, so if you don't find someone here in a similar position, I'd recommend posting your unsupportive hubby predicament in one of the other sections (maybe "weight loss support," or the board for your age group, etc - there are many boards where you might find someone who relates!)
