Hello everyone.
This is my third attempt at serious dieting. I always hit a wall when I get to the 190s.....I'm determined to finally blast through this time and make goal. I'm eating low carb though I'm not following any official diet. As soon as the weather warms up, I plan to start running again. I did a few 5Ks a couple years back and loved it! I haven't quite decided on an exercise program to follow until then.
