Newbie Saying Hello!
 

Hi everyone,

I'm excited to find this site. I've been on the weight loss roller coaster my whole life, have tried EVERYTHING. Now I'm 7 pounds away from my goal weight and finding it almost impossible to get past this plateau.

Thanks for all the great tips and support so far, and I'm looking forward to sharing in all of your successes!

Hey congrats on being 7 lbs away, I am 4 away and it has gotten really hard, feels like these last 4 are going to take as long as the last 20. Best of luck!

Thanks so much! I'm 5'7" and have been over 250 lbs several times. 250 to 142 and back is alot of fluctuating, and why my metabolism isn't as good as it should be. I hope this will be the last time, as I'm sure everyone here knows it's alot easier to put it on than take it off lol :)
