Hello from Snowy Upstate NY!
 

I have been lurking for a bit trying to find the tone for this board before jumping in, I have enough issues without being told whats right and wrong :) I have never been skinny and 5 yrs ago i had a back injury that caused me much pain and depression and food was my best friend :) My husband and son, one 6'2 and 195 and the other at 6'4 and 225 are big eaters with fast metabolisms, I at 5'6 and a much slower metabolism tried to keep up.. lol I got wider instead of taller.
We now have 2 beautiful granddaughters and I need to be able to keep up... well as best as I can at 48 and I know getting the weight off will help my back feel better. Anyway as I ramble I just want to say I have found many useful tips and Ideas and friendly people on this board. I'm scared but optimistic that I can do this...

Joining this board was a great idea, I am so glad you did! 3FC literally changed my life, I hope it works for you too!
