A wee introduction
Hello ladies and gentlemen =)
I thought I would introduce myself. I'm Shona, and currently trying to lose a bit of weight. I'm a bit on my own, and thought this would be a great place to get the support I really need to keep going. I have been trying to cut down on the eating for about 3 weeks now, and I think I have managed about 3.8kg loss (about 7lbs in old money). I graduate in July, and am a bridesmaid the day after, so would love to get down to a size 12 dress for then! So, I'd like to get to 70kg by then (or less if I can manage!) On the side, I am training to be a dietitian, so I am trying to follow my own advice. Really puts me into a clients shoes, that's for sure. I look forward to chatting with you all, and love hearing the success stories - really keeps me motivated! Cheers for now =D Shona |

Thanks for the lovely welcomes,
I'm just going to be behaving myself. I have a habit of eating a packet of biscuits rather an just one, and it needs to stop. Although tonight has been a bad night, I need to get back onto behaving tomorrow! I'm calorie controlling my diet, which I would never reccomend to a client? But it works for me! |
