Hello from MN

Hello,

I am 4'11 and weigh in at 220 at my highest. I want to be at a healthy weight for my height. I think that is 100 to 120?

I am 30 years old and the last time I was skinny was before I hit puberty.

I hope that by joining this community, I will have some encouragement and motivation to lose weight.

I am tired of caring around another me!
