I have been lurking for a bit trying to find the tone for this board before jumping in, I have enough issues without being told whats right and wrong
I have never been skinny and 5 yrs ago i had a back injury that caused me much pain and depression and food was my best friend
My husband and son, one 6'2 and 195 and the other at 6'4 and 225 are big eaters with fast metabolisms, I at 5'6 and a much slower metabolism tried to keep up.. lol I got wider instead of taller.
We now have 2 beautiful granddaughters and I need to be able to keep up... well as best as I can at 48 and I know getting the weight off will help my back feel better. Anyway as I ramble I just want to say I have found many useful tips and Ideas and friendly people on this board. I'm scared but optimistic that I can do this...
