New year, new me
Hello everyone. :)
This is my third attempt at serious dieting. I always hit a wall when I get to the 190s.....I'm determined to finally blast through this time and make goal. I'm eating low carb though I'm not following any official diet. As soon as the weather warms up, I plan to start running again. I did a few 5Ks a couple years back and loved it! I haven't quite decided on an exercise program to follow until then. I look forward to meeting everyone and being a part of this community. |

:welcome2: Oh how I too can't wait for it to warm up so that exercise becomes easier! I can't wait to ride my bike on a nature trail nearby, or plant a garden!

Welcome! I understand the 190's thing....I too have hovered here for quite a while...but like you we will bash through it this time. All the v best.
